Denise Sharp, a specialist in REO services and foreclosures, has 19 years of experience in residential real estate sales in Arizona. As a Affiliate of  The Benham REO Group, which is a leader in REO property disposition, preservation, management, and sales with more than 90 affiliates in 35 states. She provides banks and asset managers with an outsourcing resource for liquidating foreclosed properties in the retail market. She accomplishes this with a seasoned team of six-realtors and staff-members with local knowledge, state-of-the-art technology, and unparallel expertise in these markets.

For the past five-years, Denise Sharp has served as Vice President of Sharp Homes Realty, Inc., a company started in 2003, by Gary and Nancy Sharp, her parents. Their approach of creating a professional office while hiring down-to-earth agents & staff, choosing to overwhelm clients with service and knowledge; demonstrated highly successful.  Utilizing next-generation ‘user-friendly’ technology-tools and services enabled their agents more listing and selling of properties and their agents the ability to excel.  Today their two-offices in Arizona have grown to 20-agents with Nancy Sharp’s guidance and management as designated broker.  Aiding her leadership, Denise Sharp helped their office to sell more than 1,000-homes in the Phoenix area.  Sharp Homes Realty maturity has seen a large and continual growth of loyal clients, many of whom have bought and sold homes repetitively.

The spectrum of properties managed by Denise Sharp includes high-end single-family residences with acreage, low-end single family fixer-uppers, condominiums, apartment-buildings, and commercial-complexes, which are scattered through-out the greater-Phoenix metropolitan area with a fraction located in Prescott, Arizona.  Denise’s focus has lead to a greater turn-a-round of sold homes with average Sharp “on-the-market” listings much shorter than current market norms.  Her unique selling style embraces characteristics of historical achievers; including her ability to roll-up-her-sleeves and work, personal integrity, honesty and a high-level professionalism.  But what set’s Denise apart comes from her sensitivity to her client’s persona and their individuality, acknowledging their wants, while guiding their needs, affirming their financial requirements while providing real estate prowess.  “Team” maybe an overused idiom in many marketing ads, but it symbolizes the structure of individuals dedicated to her client’s task and her statistical results: SOLD!

Denise Sharp retained her realtor’s license in 1989, and has sold for top Brokers in her past including  Keller Williams, John Hall, and ReMax, educating herself on office management, motivation, and personal success, prior to her progressive move to Sharp Homes Realty.  Denise’s previous two and  a half years managing a $150-million loan portfolio for U-Haul Self Storage Corporation purchased from the Resolution Trust Corporation, proved to be invaluable.   According to Donald William Murney, Chairman and President of U-Haul, “Her high degree of professionalism assisted her in restructuring the debt of each loan and ultimately, a portion of the restructured loans ($54M), were secured by into real estate mortgage investment conduit on Wall Street.  Our company will realize a capital-return of approximately 62% per annum for the next 7-years based in large-measure upon her efforts.” Denise was promoted to Assistant Secretary of U-Haul.  Mr. Murney added, “Her success is a testimony to what a superior-effort and a tenacious positive attitude can accomplish.”
