Leaders in REO property disposition, preservation, management & sales. BREG provides banks and asset management companies an outsourcing opportunity to liquidate their foreclosed properties on the retail market. BREG is managing over 3000 REO properties serving more than 100 cities in multiple states.  

Foreclosure rates across the US are at an all time high. According to Realty Trac, Inc. more than 1.2 million foreclosure filings were reported in 2006 nationwide. This means there is 1 foreclosure to every 92 households in America. This has created a unique niche for real estate professionals as they are needed to manage and market literally billions of dollars worth of REO properties. 

We have extensive experience in all aspects of the REO industry. Through persistence and dedication, we have maintained the ambition and preserverance to excel in the industry.  

At this time we are managing over 200 assets, from fixer uppers to high end executive homes and vacation properties. In the previous few months we have completed hundreds of Broker Price Opinions. Our average time on the market remains well below the current market average.
